Thank you for bringing attention to the ginger listed as acidic, this is a typo, so apologies for that.
Plain yoghurt is reported to be around ph4.0 which makes it acidic.

Dairy, beets, glutamine & baking soda
Your list contradicts itself. You list homogenized milk product and ginger as acidic & milk, yogurt & ginger root as alkaline.

Glutamine decreases with as fat/muscle increases & is required for acid elimination in urine. Baking soda is cheap, safe & a teaspoon in a glass of water a day helps to reduce acidosis. Beets are alkaline & help lower uric acid & homocysteine.
